Government must be restrained to its proper role…to protect life, liberty, and property. The best government lives within its means. Since the government gets its money from the people, taxes should be only enough to cover the amount that is necessary to meet its constitutional obligations. Right now, taxes should at least be capped while the legislature is tasked with reducing spending and providing real tax reform and relief. There can be no real tax reform until our government spending is under control. The rate at which government is spending and growing is unsustainable and it threatens our way of life.

People have the right to make their own health care decisions. The government does not have the right to mandate or coerce its citizens to take any kind of medical treatment.
It is imperative that our elections are secure and the electoral process is accurate and trusted. Our government must go above and beyond to be openly transparent.
Life begins at conception and each life has value until natural death. The unborn has the same rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness as the rest of us, and those rights must be protected.
People have the right to keep and bear arms, and that right should not be infringed, it’s that simple!
